STRESS

We need to learn how to stop and reboot in our day-day lives so that stress does not accumulate in our bodies.
If we keep adding stresses without fully releasing them, sooner or later our nervous systems will be full and start to overflow in the form of symptoms.
If you can think about stress as a cup filling up with water – if you keep adding water to the cup it will overflow.
It’s the same with our nervous system ( which is responsible for managing Fight-Flight-Freeze responses.
If you keep adding stressors without fully releasing them, sooner or later the system will be full and start to overflow in the form of symptoms; burnout, chronic pain, weakened immune system, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, fatigue, chronic muscle tension, anxiety, depression etc
